Ingredients

Salt, Red Chili, Black Pepper, Cumin, Caraway Seeds, Aniseeds, Dehydrated Onion, Oregano, Paprika, Cinnamon, Turmeric, Garlic, Ginger, Long Pepper, Dried Papaya Powder, Cloves, Black Cardamom, Bay Leaf, Basil, Nutmeg, Yeast Extract, Citric, Maltodextrin, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Canola Oil
Anti-caking Agent: Silicon Dioxide.

Cooking Method

  1. in a bowl, add oil, yoghurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, food colour, corn flour, lemon juice, chicken (slitted) and iMasala tandoori chicken mix and marinate for 2-3 hours or more if desired
  2. heat oil in a pan and cook chicken for 10-15mints on a lower flame till the water dries
  3. lay chicken on a baking tray, add tomatoes sliced and onions sliced on the side of the tray and grill it for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle iMasala chaat Masala mix into a chicken tandoori and serve hot.
