Salt, Dried Plums, Red Chili, Coriander, Cumin, Cinnamon, Clove, Black Pepper, Caraway Seeds, Turmeric, Nutmeg, Star Anise, Bay Leaf, Paprika, Cassia, Cardamom, Black Cardamom, Maltodextrin, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Canola Oil Anti-caking Agent: Silicon Dioxide.
Cooking Method
- In hot oil, fry potatoes until golden ( you can boil them too)
- Fry onions in hot oil until golden; take ¼ out of it and keep aside for garnish
- Add ginger paste, garlic paste, tomatoes and iMasala Sindhi Biryani Mix, and stir fry for 2-3 minutes; add meat and yoghurt, mix well and stir fry for 3-4 minutes
- Add water and cook on medium flame until meat is tender
- Add green chillies, mint and coriander leaves and add fried or boiled potatoes into the gravy; cover the lid and simmer for 3-4 minutes
- Cooked the basmati rice (use whole spices i.e. bay leaf, cinnamon and black cardamom) until ¾ done
- Layer the gravy and Basmati rice in a pot in one on one layer
- Sprinkle fried onions, chopped mint and coriander, cover lid and cook for 10-15mints on low flame.
