Red Chili, Salt, Coriander, Black Pepper, Cumin, Aniseed, Carom Seeds, Turmeric, Garlic, Cinnamon, Bay Leaf, Cloves, Mace, Green Cardamom, Black Cardamom, Citric, Asafetida, Maltodextrin, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Canola Oil Anti-caking Agent: Silicon Dioxide.
Cooking Method
- Boiled meat/beef for 30-35 minutes or until meat is tender (we recommend a pressure cooker)
- Add lentils and cook for another 20 minutes
- Chop meat/beef mixture in a grinder
- In a bowl, add meat/beef mixture, potatoes (Boiled), eggs, chopped onions and green chillies, garlic paste, ginger paste, fresh coriander, mint leaves and iMasala Shami Kabab Mix, mix well and marinate for 30-45 minutes.
- Shape into kababs and shallow fry in oil until golden brown
- Shami Kabab is ready to serve.
