Cooking method
- In hot oil, fry onions until golden
- Add ginger paste, garlic paste and meat, and stir fry until the meat changes colour.
- Add iMasala Pulao Mix and cook for 5mins
- Add 7 cups of water into the pot, cover it and simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour until the meat is 70% cooked.
- Add soaked basmati rice into the pot, check water if it needs to be added and cook for 20mins
- Add some fried onions for garnished and simmer for 5 minutes.
