Ingredients

Red Chili, Salt, Cumin, Coriander, Paprika, Ginger, Black Pepper, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Long Pepper, Nutmeg, Nigella, Black Cardamom, Carom Seeds, Cloves, Cardamom, Bay Leaf, Mace, Fennel, Citric, Maltodextrin, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Canola Oil Anti-caking agent Silicon dioxide.

Cooking method

  1. It’s optional; add 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour into lamb trotter and mix well, wash with water into a bowl, wash well and discard the water; add 1 tablespoon of vinegar and pour some water into trotter bowl, rinse well and discard the water. Lamb trotter can be washed with normal water
  2. Heat the oil into a pressor cooker, fry 2 onions until golden brown, add ginger-garlic paste and stir fry for 2 minutes
  3. Add iMasala Paya mix and stir fry for 1 minute on high heat; add yoghurt and ½ cup boiled water into the gravy
  4. Add lamb trotter into the cooker and stir fry for 1 minute
  5. Add 3 cups of warm water into the cooker, cover the lid and cook for 45 minutes on low heat
  6. Finally, add lemon juice, chopped coriander leaves and slivered ginger and cook 5-7 minutes without lid on low heat
  7. turn off the heat and serve with naan or chapati
