Cooking Method
- Fry the onion in hot oil until golden brown; add meat and iMasala Nihari Mix, and stir fry on high flame for 5-7 minutes.
- Add water accordingly and stir fry until it combines; cover the top and cook on low flame until meat is tender.
- Separate the meat from the bones, add dissolved corn flour gradually, stir and mix well,
- Bring to a boil and cook for 10-15minutes
- Add clarified butter or oil onion until golden brown, and add into a Nihari.
- Cover and cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes
- Garnished with slivered ginger and fresh coriander leaves.
