Coriander, Salt, Red Chili, Caraway Seeds, Turmeric, Cumin, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Dehydrated Onion, Mace, Nutmeg, Garlic, Ginger, Star Anise, Cloves, Black Cardamom, Cardamom, Fenugreek Seeds, Citric, Maltodextrin, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Canola Oil Anti-caking Agent: Silicon Dioxide.
Cooking method
- In hot oil, fry onions until golden; add garlic, ginger paste and peas (if desired).
- Stir fry on high flame, add iMasala Keema Mix, Add minced and stir fry for 5-7mins
- Add tomatoes and chillies along with 2-3 cups of water, cover and cook on low flame
- Until the mince is tender, stir fry occasionally.
- Add fresh coriander and fenugreek leaves (optional) and stir fry until oil separates the gravy.
Optional: You can add fried potatoes if desired.
