Salt, Red Chili, Coriander, Black Pepper, Fenugreek Seeds, Turmeric, Caraway Seeds, Cumin, Ginger, Garlic, Mustard Seeds, Chili Flakes, Paprika, Nigella, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Cloves, Mace Nutmeg, Bay Leaf, Dried Papaya Powder, Asafetida, Citric, Maltodextrin, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Canola Oil Anti-caking Agent: Silicon Dioxide.
Cooking Method
- Add 2 tablespoons of oil, ginger paste, garlic paste and iMasala Karahi ghost mix into meat for 1-2 hours
- Heat up the oil, add meat and stir fry on high flame, constantly stirring until the meat has changed colour
- Add 2 ½ cups or more if desire of water (warm), bring it to boiling and lower the flame
- cover the lid and simmer for 40-45minutes,
- once the meat is 80% tenderized, add tomatoes and stir fly on high flame until oil separates
- turn the flame down and add butter, chopped coriander, slivered ginger and green chilli and simmer for 6-8mins
