Salt, Red Chili, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper, Cumin, Soya Sauce Powder, Mango Powder, Turmeric, Coriander, Dehydrated Onion Powder, Ginger Powder, Corn Flour, Star Anise, Clove, Nutmeg, Fennel, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Bay Leaf, Brown Sugar, Fenugreek Seeds, Maltodextrin Anti-caking Agent: Silicon Dioxide.
Cooking Method
- Marinate chicken with egg and two tablespoons of iMasala Indo-Chinese Mix for 3-4 hours
- Cut the onion and bell pepper into chunks and slice the green chillies
- On medium flame, heat oil in a deep pan and fry chicken chicken until crispy and golden
- In a separate wok or pan, heat up two tablespoons of oil, fry garlic and green chillies for 1 minute, then add bell peppers and cook for 2-3 minutes
- Add oyster sauce, chilli sauce and the rest of the iMasala Indo-Chinese Mix
- In a bowl, combine corn flour and water, mix well until smooth and remove lumps, add into the wok and cook for 4-5 minutes
- Garnished with spring onion, your chicken Manchurian is ready to serve
