Method of Cooking
- Soak the grains and Lentils
- In hot oil or Clarified butter, fry onions until lightly golden
- Add ginger, garlic paste and meat, and stir fry for 2-3 minutes on high flame.
- Add iMasala Haleem mix and water, and cook until meat tenderized
- Add water into another pan/pressure cooker, add soaked lentils and grains along with Bay leaves, salt, turmeric and cinnamon sticks on a simmer
- Combine the meat, lentils and grains in a pan and mix well
- Use an immersion blender or food processor to shred until you achieve your desired consistency.
