Salt, Chili, Cumin, Coriander, Black Pepper, Carom Seeds, Aniseeds, Cinnamon, Clove, Fenugreek Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Turmeric, White Pepper, Black Cardamom, Garlic, Ginger, Star Anise, Citric, Cardamom, Nutmeg, Mace, Fennel, Brown Sugar, Maltodextrin, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Canola Oil, Anti-caking Agent: Silicon Dioxide.
Cooking methods:
- Marinate fish with ginger paste, garlic paste, lemon, and iMasala Fish Masala mix for 15-20 minutes or more if desired
- In hot oil, shallow fry fish and keep aside; in the same oil, fry onions until golden; add the marinated fish masala and fry on medium flame.
- Add curry leaves, pour water and stir fry for 5 minutes
- Add fried fish and Lower the flame, cover and cook for 15-20mins
- Turn over the fish pieces frequently, and add the coconut milk if desired.
- Cover and cook for 10 minutes on low flame until oil separates
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, mix and simmer for a minute.
