Ingredients

Red Chili, Salt, Coriander, Caraway Seeds, Cumin, Black Pepper, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Ginger, Cardamom, Aniseeds, Fenugreek Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Carom Seeds, Garlic, Black Cardamom, Nutmeg, Bay Leaf, Papaya Powder, Citric, Maltodextrin, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Canola Oil Anti-caking agent: Silicon dioxide.

Cooking Methods

  1. Marinate lamb chops with 2 tablespoons of oil, ginger-garlic paste, yoghurt and iMasala Chaap Masala Mix for 4-5 hours.
  2. In the Pan, heat the oil and add lamb chops; stir fry for 5-6 minutes
  3. Cover the lid and cook lamb chops for 30 minutes on low heat (Change the sides if pan is smaller)
  4. Garnished with fresh coriander and served hot
