Cooking Methods

- Marinate meat with yoghurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, mint leaves and slivered green chillies
- Fry potatoes in hot oil until lightly golden; remove potatoes and keep aside; fry onions until golden brown
- add marinated meat and tomatoes, add iMasala Bombay Biriyani mix, stir fry for 8-10 minutes, add water accordingly, cover and cook on low flame until meat is tenderized.
- Increase the flame and stir fry until the oil separates from the gravy
- Separately in boiling water, add Salt and socked rice, boil the rice until ¾ cooked, drain all water
- Grease another pan, spread the rice and make a layer of boiled rice
- Spread the meat mixture fried onions and spread the remaining boiled rice
- Cover the pot and cook on low flame until rice is cooked
- Sprinkle fried onions and fresh coriander for garnished
