Ingredients

Red Chili, Coriander, Salt, Cumin, Fennel, Turmeric, Nigella, Fenugreek Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Caraway Seeds, Black Pepper, Cloves, Bay Leaves, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Nutmeg, Black Cardamom, Pomegranate Seeds, Mace, Dried Papaya Powder, Citric Acid, Maltodextrin, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Canola Oil Anti Caking Agent: Silicon Dioxide

Method of Cooking

  • Mix 2 tablespoons of iMasala Achar Gosht Mix with lemon juice and fill the green chilies.
  • In a bowl, Marinade the meat, yogurt, ginger, garlic and 3 tablespoons of Imasala Achar Ghost mix for 25-30mins.
  • In hot oil, add marinated meat stir fry on high flame for 6-8 minutes.
  • Add 2-3 cups of warm water, cover and cook on low flame until meat tenderized
  • Add tomatoes, stir fry for 4-5 mins on high flame and add chilies into the pot.
  • Cover and cook on low flame until oil separates from gravy
  • Switch of the flame, remove excessive oil if desire, garnish with coriander leaves and slivered ginger
